Learn to Swim
|
Our ‘Learn to Swim’ program takes swimmers 3 and older.
They must be able to work in small group settings. They learn basic water safety and the basic stroke skills needed to join the swim team

This program is for those swimmers who have completed the ‘Learn to Swim’ program and would like to refine their stroke technique and endurance

Competitive
Team

The competitive program uses the newest techniques to develop young swimmers. The program is divided into the 8 levels below based on a mix of age ,ability and commitment,

Fish
|
For new swimmers who need ‘Basic Stroke Technique’ and can swim a 25 of Back, Breast and a 50 of Free. They should also be able to dive from the side of the pool

Barracuda
|
For swimmers who have the basic stroke techniques and are willing to compete and have shown an interest in training. Suggested top level for 8 & Under’s without a JO time.

|
For motivated 10 & Under’s with JO times and 11 to 14 who are aggressively trying for JO times.
